What upgrade in BIOS is good for a maximum values for an processor AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (1.00GB of RAM, 256 RAM for video slot) , without risk. Thanks

A BIOS upgrade probably won't increase the speed of your system (although in some cases is does with very early BIOS'ses). BIOS updates mainly fix little problems or add support for new processors Smile.

In case you want to try to update your BIOS you should find out exact what kind of motherboard you have. A BIOS isn't a BIOS so you have to download a version (on the website of the manufacturer) that matches your motherboard.
