Need data sheet/schematic for Goldstar chips

I have been trying to find a schematic or data sheet on two Goldstar chips. I have not been able to turn up any helpful information. I would like to possibly order some. I would also like to identify what type of chip they are. I searched multiple links and have found information about the company but cannot find any refrence to these chips.
