At this moment I have no motherboard to test it...

According to Intel Processor CPUID Information, the Pentium with SL25J Serial is an BP502120 not an BP80502166.

I understand nothing... perphaps it is an fake and remarked CPU.
I'll test it this Week.

These are fakes. They should work, though I don't know if anybody tested these. They probably have mobile Pentium in TCP package inside.

So are these chips a legitimate package type? Seems like everytime I see pics of these types of chips posted someone asks or states they are fake. I understand that there may be genuine processors inside the package, but i am wondering if Intel ever produced this type of package?

Gennadiy, you're right.

It is an PP133 in TCP Package.
Soldered on strange adaptator.
With a lot of thermal conductor.
With a funny golded top with bad print.

In all cases, it is an very good job and the CPU was full working.
It come probably from special chinese Workshop...

I don't understand the goal of their creators. It was possible to make money in the 90's with only 33 Mhz ???

I confirm. This Fake Cpu was made in Taiwan.

(...)

Acting early today on a tip-off, police found five locations making the counterfeit Pentium and Pentium II chips and a warehouse where they were stored in northern Taiwan.

Police said they arrested five suspects and alleged they had been involved in making bogus Intel chips since June 1992.

The raids seized nearly 1,000 Pentium and Pentium II chips worth "tens of millions" of Taiwan dollars, it said.

As earlier reported, counterfeiting of Pentium chips has been on the rise.
