I have been trying to find a Pentium OD sample for awhile and this was pure luck. E-mailed a seller and asked what the sspec was and his reply was "there isnt an sspec" Smile

I haven't been able to find any info about the top number KV854B33BB.

Also there are gold contacts on each side that I don't think I have seen on production chips.

Never seen that kind of marking. Tried to google it but nothing.

If you mean the the gold contacts on the back they are in production chips also.

(Thanks to JAC who scans both back and front.)

I meant on the top but from JAC's picture it looks like they might be on production chips as well.

The three gold dots on the upper left corner are power contact points for the heatsink fan. I have two like this.

I am talking about two rectangular gold contacts on the lower left and right hand side. You can barely see one peeking out on the right hand side. I have marked where they are under the heatsink.

It seemd that it also exists for the ones in the pic of cpuswe.
I can not see clearly, maybe it is the solder pad? Smile

All of my 200s are the same, with the contacts showing.
On my lower speed MMX ODs the contacts are present, but are covered (and being used) by the curcuit board.
