Early IBM MCM! I guess you won`t find
any other MCM that has more gold inside
than this modules! The tousands of interconnects
inside are also surely made of finest gold.... Drool

They are not so huge Smile We have bought some with CPUshack's group buy about 2 years ago. As I good remember for 110 USD each. The final weight without HUGE heatsink but with gold metal plate around chip - 0,608 pound (276 grams).

I still have the socket from this buy Smile

A seller sold some of these brand new in a huge carrying case a couple months back that were 100.00
