Yes, I have the chip but I have no idea what it is.
Edgar also has such a chip - perhaps he was more lucky to find something about it.

looks like a DSP or a MCU with an onpackage EPROM or EEPROM.

I have seen some national COPXXX processors like this.

The seller wrote, that they were presents from Intel. But I doubt it.
But maybe doccy will find a hint.

Either that or a newer version of
Ltd. Commander Data`s emotion chip!
Somebody from the crew could left it here
in our century during a regular time travel
to hide it.... of course it was camouflaged
as Micronas-chip before that Very Happy Wink
