I've found that if the solder is molten and the chip is pulled carefully and vertically out, it comes out leaving almost all the solder behind.

Looks like you are pulling out the PTH - plated through hole - slugs.

i think is from corrosion after clean with some cemical...
pure copper left after wash....right?
