If I want the "free upgrade" from Toshiba I have to spend 29.99€.
I don't think I'll take it, as the fee for it is too high.
Personally it's a theft.
I've tried the 32bit version, and I like it. But 30€ ain't nuts...
For now my answer is no. |

I've just checked HP's site to see what printers/MFPs they have 7 drivers for and my colour laserjet is not supported even though I bought it brand new 12 months ago!!! It cost $800 so wasn't cheap.
I had exactly the same problem with an HP MFP when upgrading from XP to Vista - you couldn't fax directly from the PC and HP said they weren't going to be providing any Vista drivers, so I had to buy a new one. The new one looked EXACTLY the same as the old one and functionality was virtually identical.
This is disgraceful from HP....last time I am ever buying one of their products. _________________ My former Intel collection:

haha after checking its sspec of course.
Windows 7 likely can use vista drivers to some extent (or it may have some built in for your printer) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

I might download it and give it a try. Not too sure about buying it before at least service pack 2 though _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I've been using the 64-bit version at work for two months and I am loving it. Did the upgrade on my home system two weeks ago after I had a my hard drive die. I got a copy from one of the launch events that MS has been having for Server 2008R2, Exchange 2010 and Windows 7.
I was very skeptical at first about it after my horrible experiences with Vista. But I must say I am very impressed with how responsive this version is. |

I've been using 7 personally for nearly 6 months, and professionally (in my office, on a large domain) for 2 months now.
