Does anybody know something about AL1 from Four Phase Systems

I found this;

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four_Phase_Systems_AL1

http://inst-tech.engin.umich.edu/media/index.php?sk=ece-inv-lectures&id=1036

Two interesting things;

1. "1970" (one year before 4004)
2. "8-bit" CPU

Did anyone saw or have this AL1?
