Plunder from the Trenton Computer Festival

Anyone go to the Trenton Computer Festival last weekend in NJ? It's the oldest computer show in the US. http://www.tcf-nj.org.

Anyway, I thought everyone would get a kick out of some of the plunder I made away with.

First up, I was looking for a Pentium with the FDIV error. I managed to find one but attached to a pin converter that I've never seen before, Check it out and let me know what you think.

I went on Saturday thinking one day would be enough. I was almost correct until I started talking to this one guy who, after chatting about vintage CPUs, pulls this out of his crusty van and hands it to me.

I asked him if he had any more "interesting" CPUs. He says, "Yea! I have a whole BOX full, most pre-386...but I left it home" **GASP** I asked him if he would bring it the next day and he shrugged and said, "Sure!".

The next day, I opened up this nasty looking suitcase and... (not a good thing if you're trying to get a good deal on something). Anyway, there was at least 100 CPUS in this case, here's a "small" sample of what I walked away with.

In addition to these I got at least 30 other CPUS mostly 286's and oddball IC's. Drumroll please....$20!

I'm curious about that one that says "proto" on it below the 68040. Any idea?

Complete with it’s manual from 1971 that explains how to burn a 1701 EPROM!
UV light comes on, LED’s are on, fan starts up, etc… I had no idea what the hell I was going to do with this, but it was coming home with me.
$10 for this classic.

Next, everyone knows the best deals to be had are at the end of the day because none of these guys wants to take all this crap back home with them. I passed an ominous looking stack of plastic IC holders that were taped together. There was no way of knowing what was in there and it had to weigh almost 20 pounds. The guy sees me with it in my hand and shouts $10! The look of astonishment on my face was interpreted incorrectly by this guy and he goes, “Oh OK…$5”! After unsheathing this mass, here’s what I found.

Looks like mostly common stuff from what I can tell so far. The Pentium Pro’s were a nice touch. I don’t know what’s nerdier about this picture, 150 CPUs on my floor or the D&D books on the shelf behind them. Can you say “Gold scrap”? Ebay here they come…

THe Pentium looks to be a breakout board, for in circuit work, looks nice.

To all those that mailed me with trade/buy requests already, I'll take some better pictures this weekend of what's up for grabs, including the additional stuff I didn't even have a chance to look at yet myself. I didn't mean to start a feeding frenzy. You guys...

I have a Pentium 60 (without FDIV bug) with the same PCB below it. I think it's IBM brand. The seller said in the eBay description it was a "voltage stabilization board". It merely has some resistors on it.
