My SXL2 had these, too. And 2 small chip coolers glued on the remaining space of the chip. Don't know their function, maybe stabilizing some signals? _________________ ..::morkork::..

More then likely it is to generate a signal every so many clocks. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
