Hi,
My last findings are: Eprom U2764 and Two Intel chips: R8206 and R8207.
I've tried to find information about MME U2764 EPROM, but there are not many. I know that it is typical 2764, but it seems to me that MME produced it in low quantity. Is it rare or common eprom?
The next chips are "Error detection and correction unit" (R8206) and "Memory Support Circuit - Dynamic RAM Controller" (R8207). I do not know if they are collectable and worth any money, but I like them. They will find place in my future cpu museum in "Other nice chips" folder.

I think they are really uncommon. Even Robotron computers mostly use (to my mind in 99 percent) "western" 2764 EPROMs or MME U2364 PROMs.
May I ask you where this EPROM was built in?
Best regards, Xaar.
PS: Your EPROM was made by FWE (Funkwerk Erfurt) after the reunion of Germany (date code AD = December 1990). _________________ Sorry for my bad English - I'm working on it!

The pcb, the eprom is mounted on, is probably a txt decoder.
I bought it on our local market (flohmarkt) and the seller had more of them. If I meet him again I will buy another few modules

Well, can you make a photo of the complete pcb? I ask because I am also collecting Robotron machines. So it would be interesting where GDR products else were used

In fact there were many more interesting EPROMs from east Germany... For example the U27C64 in 3 different speed ratings. _________________ Frank. |
