Nice parts! 
What's that huge NEC chip (last pic on post #2)? Is that the bottom view or top view? It looks like a combination of PGA and LGA design..

its the bottom view....
the top view contains cache ram chips....
its cpu...part number .. MR-4401B-200 @ 200 MHZ... |

some Nice Lsi beasts...
and some uncommon cpu from Sun and TI 64-Bit Floating-Point ALU.....  \
