A BIOS upgrade probably won't increase the speed of your system (although in some cases is does with very early BIOS'ses). BIOS updates mainly fix little problems or add support for new processors .
In case you want to try to update your BIOS you should find out exact what kind of motherboard you have. A BIOS isn't a BIOS so you have to download a version (on the website of the manufacturer) that matches your motherboard. _________________ thandor.net - hardware
