Generally Pravetz seems to be mystery manufacturer. Very little information on the Internet (or I can not google them). The list from Elar does not contain memory CM8001 also. |

Hmm, the chips 1 and 4 in the calculator seem to have 12 or 14 legs while the one on my picture is in DIL24 package.

They do have 12 legs on each side. They look the same as the CM7301. If there was a closer pic you would see the other legs. |

Yes, I know, but I was wondering if there are any differences in specification (timing, voltages, etc.)
