I found these nice chips, but can't find what are exactly.

the AMI are custom chips.. part number starts with C
the HPs are most likely custom masked ROMs

These Fairchilds are most likely Gate Arrays

The Fanuc marked ones are for a CNC machine

on this particular chip they have used internal die code name C5B

C5B denotes Samuel2 core
0E denotes 5th core revision
I still need to work if they skipped any letters used in core revision

Looking all my C3s in my database it appears they didnt use the ES marking unless the chip was likely to released to a OEM
this also why there are no print marking on the heat-spreader cap

for reference even thou it is not dated.. will be likely from around week 30 2001
