Hi all,
I have some damaged SUN Ultrasparc cpus. I want to remove the lid without damaging the die. Does anyone have any advice?

| Maybe gently clamp it by it's edges, and heat the *(@# out of it with a heat gun? |

How long will you soak it? Will a week be fit for it? |
