I would say thats pretty darn high, altho I dont have the axact same chip as that I have some samples that are very similar and they ran me anywhere from 10 to 50 USD. you can see them on my website here.

Also that guys prices are always thru the roof, but I have bought more than one chip at a time from him and have gotten them for reasonable prices. Try sending in an offer on it and see what he says.

I just noticed the seller name - i have an ebay dispute ongoing with him - sent me 5 x i960 of which 4 were damaged solder balls so i doubt he would be in a good mood to accept an offer from me......

I get along with him fairly well, sometimes his descriptions//pics dont match, and he is slow as hell, but always seems to work out.
