mmm - was it on a Micromodule Systems substrate? That layout looks familiar to one 'wafer' that I own. _________________ best rgds.

I bing HAL computer system and found it makes only processor and no other chips, So I suppose it was a processor, but unlikely could find more useful information  _________________ My vintage CPU collection:www.cpumuseum.com

ROSS HyperSPARCs were made on a MCM made by MMS, which is what you have _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

They made the support chips for them as well, they were 44% owned by Fujitsu so helped Fujitsu out a fair amount _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
