| If it's an IBM marked Intel DX4, then there should be no difference. If it's a Cyrix licensed IBM DX4, then Intel will be faster. |

I don't have an IBM 486 DX4/100 but my benchmarks on an UMC PCI motherboard show that the Cyrix Cx486DX4/100GP isn't always slower than the Intel 486DX4/100. See thandor.net - i486 DX4/100. Benchmarks in red are the Intel 486DX4/100, benchmarks in grey are Cyrix DX4/100 . _________________ thandor.net - hardware

Interesting If buyer mostly play games he would go for Intel, otherwise should buy IBM
