HP 5181-2742, mounted on a PCB with a 136 pieces of TC511001AJ-10 memory chips. It did have a heatsink on it.

This 272 pin chip package was used by HP for PA-Risc NS-1 CPU and controller boards
NS-1 CPU is 1FJ5, but they used this chip package also for controller chip (es. CCU or MIU ecc.) and unfortunately your don't have sticker or stamp on it |
