Here are some infos from the seller:
Came from a large industrial microchip testing cabinet which had 2 backplanes (24 CPU's each) that had one of these CPU's sitting behind the actual testing bed of nails. I am tempted to say they were pretty much custom made for the application. They had a very flat U shaped aluminum heat sink mounted on top of the memory area and going around 1/2 the height of the sides. The removed heat sinks did not have any marking whatsoever. |
