Have a look at this.

I received it with the silicon wafer u may remember, and the 386CX sample box and the Black mech sample.

SX308
I0120002 <-------- What sort of date is that?

And it uses the Old Logo ( No DX, and small i )

Isn't it SX308, one of the earliest 486, CPUID 401. Date is week 12 1990.

Its an early chip made 1990 week 12.

Three different DX-25 without logo in the library but this sspec is new to me. (Is it SX300? I read SX308 or 303 in the picture)

http://www.recode.se/cpulibrary/Intel/486/DX-25/library.html

This one has a similar date code with 0001 at the end instead.

Edit: A very nice find anyway!!!

This came with what seemed like a marketing pack. The back plate is removed revealing the core

If I read the date code of mine correctly, it's from 1989. Does anyone have more info on SSpec SX249 at hand?

If anyone's out there with Intel Spec documents (as PDF maybe), I'd be thankful for any hints.

Best regards,
redbaron

Thanks for the hint, JAC, but I already checked there a long time ago... no SX249, I'm afraid. Doesn't seem to be too common... Confused
