I purchased two strange "memory" modules recently.
Each module has four 27C256L EPROMs on it. The EPROM modules are slightly larger (35-pin) than a normal 30-pin SIMM memory module.

Any idea what they are? Do you recognize the manufacturer of the EPROMS?

yah pretty much standard EPROM's (and WSI is a common manufacturer) cool boards though

They look like 36 pin SIMMs to me

Its likely these are assembled to make a 271024 device (as they came in 40 pin packages normally)

Interesting modules. I'm not sure that I've ever seen EPROMs on modules like that Smile

Hello,
WSI = WaferScale Integration.
The size and the pin-count (35) remembers an old Cisco firmware module.
Nice finding.
