It should be old marking for mc68b00p.
Strange that it don't have mask designation.

yah very strange it doesnt have a mask listed, maybe they forgot, or it got remarked

SC is the proper mask code for mid to late 1977 so that one is nice


7931 would be 9R (or G9R)

I have seen a few Motorolas where the mask was forgotten, I have an oddball MC6800L2 from 1977 without one
