Got some interesting NEC chips. Good sizes, the square one is a little larger than a 80501 Pentium.
The printings are: D65931Q2E10 (top), D65935Q2E34 (left), D65936Q2E36 (right)
Can't find any information about them. Anyone know what these chips are? |

We had a Group Buy on these a few years (ok 14 years) ago, $50 or so a set lol
These are NEC CMOS-9 family gate arrays , probably used in a NEC mainframe circa 1998 (SX4 etc) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
