it seems to be a Cyrix MII produced from National (mfd 13. week 2000)

as a further point, it was made in Maine, and assembled in SIngapore.
The marking on top says Taiwan, so perhaps these were for a taiwanese OEM. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
