I have these two besides yours in the database. I have no idea what differs but i have used the serial in the middle.

heres mine, and if the four digits in the middle are the datecode than i have the earliest one so far. Plus i see the numbers at the far right odf the ceramic differ, dcj11 ac , dcj11 aa, one with none at all there.

Hi,
this is mine, datecode 8339, DC J11 AD, serial 571940005, all these prints are not made by ink but seems to be made directly on the top layer like the gray traces all over the chip.
While Digital logo and the two dots around the Harris chip are made of gold. Very Happy

Without any questions the most successful
processor of Digitial/DEC. I guess DEC`s
PDP-11 systems were also the most
successful Minicomputers in the world!
Or had DG, IBM or HP something better?

I just noticed this one appears to have been reworked by DEC.

See the shadow behind the black printing on the ceramic.


Also, it is the only one to have -MH after the version number 1618 on the gold chip.
