Hi,
in those days I'm blocked home (broken knee + flu icon_censored ) I'm cleaning some of my "babies".
This Xeon came from an IBM server and it seems a normal 1,7Gh Xeon DP (SL56N) but when I cleaned the HIS from the termal compound I've discovered a laser-masked "INTEL CONFIDENTIAL" on it ...
What's you opinion about it? Maybe Intel reused an HIS made for an ES or the cpu itself (the brown package) was considered an ES before the final assembly on cpu socket (green pcb) or what?
