I don't know what it is but I suspect old RAM or PROM.
And I don’t know this logo.
Someone can help me?

I thought "General Telephone & Electronics" at first but the logo is wrong (at least from the normal 'GTE')

That's General Instruments' old logo:

No idea why there's a letter "E" next to it, but the SL-7-2064 p/n follows their usual numbering convention (aa-b-cccc).

Thanks for information.
I found what it is:
120 bits Shift Register dated from 1772 week 28 I think?

Could be - although according to the link, SL7-2064 is an 8-pin DIP. (A dual 64-bit shift register, to be precise.) And the original manufacturer, of course, is General Instruments, as I said:

General Semiconductor is a different company altogether. Gotta be careful with these parts databases... A lot of the information is pretty sketchy.

Looks like that data sheet is at least partly correct...

SL = static shift register, > 50 bits/channel
7 = process (metal-nitride-semiconductor)
2064 = 2 channels, 64 bits each

So for this one, it's 2 channels, 50 bits each :
