An Answer to an IBM Power question

Today I found the chip below at the scrap yard. I was able to extract it myself so I know that it came from an IBM Risc System/6000. Given the date code that narrows it down to being a power RSC processor. So, we now know what the Power RSC processor looks like. I have submitted it for addition to www.cpuphotolibrary.com.

I have some PowerPRS chips that look like your... (but pinouts are different).
