The chip on the top (the first picture) and on the left (the second picture) is Pentium Pro.

The curious thing that searching the part number in google gives one result to computer history museum (Intel donated one such CPU to them as I understand). Unfortunately no specs are provided.

just got this Pentium M Q950 ES
information on this site says its a Dothan wit 1867MHz but my system recognizes it as a Banias with 1500MHz
writing on the edge says: C30106 01 YA4 |

My latest find in a scrap lot of Pentium Gold Tops is this Pentium 75 SX977
Very Rare I think 
Looks to be the same week as the only one recorded on the pentium timeline
and I love the fact it ends in 0001

Yep.. one of only 3
Mine week 10 but all 3 came from same die batch & have week 10 test date
Best guess they were an OEM sSpec for Packard-Bell
