|
|
I have a NexGen P120 CPU ..
I want to sell it, but on Ebay prices are from 150 USD to 850 USD and i dont know the right price to ask for it .. i only know that is very very rare ..
On the CPU are written the following lines:
Nx586-XXXX-4.0-CPC-202
AAK2835 P12010XP P27014XR
Can someone tell me please what is the correct price for this CPU?
If someone want it, make a offer here...
P.S. i am from Romania but i can ship it worldwide..
Thank you |

this is a unmarked speed NexGen.. most are P90 or P100
the P120.... is CPU die manufacturing date _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

a couple of these sold for $100 in past month.. but the normal resale price is only $35 - 45
I am guessing the board has PCI & ISA slots, not VESA & ISA slots?
does the motherboard have one or 2 sockets?
If it has PCI slots & 2 sockets I am interested
also what is marked on the bios chip label? _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Most propably it is P90. In my opinion this chip is worth about 60-80 USD in that condition.
850 is what you saw on lzf70000 auction ? _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

same as my PCI board
if you want to put it back together, this site will help
http://www.memotech.franken.de/NexGen/PCI_boards.html
I would suggest using the jumper settings on the 2nd board
if you intend to scrap the board... send me a PM
worth saving the bios chip & rest for spare parts if it doesnt work _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Right. Also note that the NxMC chip is a VL82C500PSFC instead of the later VL82C500PSFC1. This is also an indicator against a newer / faster CPU.
cedrik: Thanks for making the pictures. |

maybe.. but most unmarked speed ones have been 90 or 100s
knowing the original jumper settings on the board may have helped _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:
