This is somewhat unusual high profile DDR ECC registered memory with 36 dedicated chips. Most server modules use stacked chips not like these. They work fine with Intel Xeon based servers as well as AMD Athlon MP / XP systems based on the AMD 760 / 760MP / 760MPX chipsets. The latter don't accept 2Gb modules anyway, so this is as much as they can go.
