I bought this large chip last week but can't get any information about it.
Any idea?

Hi,
don't know what it is (look similar to Nec mainframe chips from one of our group-buy) but it's one of the most sexy chip I ever see.
Do you have any spare? |

I guess it is a MIPS RISC 4401 CPU running at 200Mhz with 10M cache on it. Unfortunately I can't find any document about it.
NEC launched its VR series cpu in 1990-2000 but didn't reveal any MR series.
Just wondering what it exactly is.
Sorry, not for sales right now. |

Thank all to help me finding its information.
I bought it from a scrap gold seller. If I have more, I hope I can have a Group buy for this MCM cpu. |
