Before you bid on this auktion, I think that you shuld now that the 2 Chips he is selling, is 2 that i won in an auktion some days ago

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320470195137&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT

The picture shows 2 ES chips and in the text of the first auktion ( the one that I won) nothing indicates that it is another CPU he is selling.

I mailed him that i would send the chips back and that i was expecting the right Chips or my Money back. I have not heard from him yet, and he must have got the CPU's back now.

In the new Auktion he has cut the upper part of the picture away an in the text the sspec is menchned

How do I handle this situation

Thanks for warning. I think you should wait for chips and then start eventually dispute. He have cut top edge of the photo because this CPU have SX974 sspec and propably he was to lazy to make another picture.

Yes, but the photo of the backside is clearly showing "ES" as well, and could get some other to make a high bid, just as I did Crying or Very sad

Collectors knew that ES on back side of the Pentiums not means Engineering Sample in most cases.

As far as I see there is an ES marking on the top of the first auction pix.

But the seller uses the same pix (cut spec) for the second auction. And now he describes the item like SX974
