Awesome, somebody finally broke the 5 GHz barrier. It seems ppl have been talking about it for a decade.
And I find it cool that IBM is still using the MCM concept ... |

IBM has a redbook titled "IBM zEnterprise System Technical Guide". This one has a lot of detailed information about the CPU and MCM.
