don't has a commercial equivalent, must be a custom HP chip

i have known it is a nanoprocessor as 1692. just as the while ceramic one you won at ebay

Correct, they are both Nanoprocessors, heres two examples.
The handwriiten voltages are because they each were individually tested to see what volts were needed to rum properly.
