I bought it on polish auction with other "normal" CPUs.
Seller got it from SUN server. He have many SUN servers with integrated monitors _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

a tip from me to unsolder a chip:
use the soldering iron and a vaccumpump to delsoder the pins
when all free then use a heatgun and heat the pins with it.
the chip falls out no force needed..... maybee you must
drop the edge of the board a bit on the table....
no missing pins and they are straight. |

Thanks but too long time method. You pumped 300 or more pins ? I only use heatgun with careful using metal screwdriver. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
