My friend Electronlibre, from www.x86-guide.com , gave me this odd Athlon XP AXDB2400DKV3C.
It seems to have a Thouroughbred core but I cannot find any information concerning the "B" letter...
Any hints? _________________ http://www.x86-guide.net/Xhoba/en/collection.html |

AXDA could be for OEM/Tray |
All boxed AMDs I ave seen are standard markings, they didnt use different markings like Intel _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

It is a wonderful find.
I would guess that xhoba is correct, it is a custom part for an OEM customer. It may therefore have some slightly different specification.
For example, it might have a different power rating, like the low-power AXDL processors. |

Also an early production CPU. Week 36 of 2002 is early September; the 2400+ was released on August 21th, 2002.
The CPU looks in excellent condition. Nice find! _________________ thandor.net - hardware

I agree with Neon, it is probably an Athlon XP 2400+ with different TDP.
