Smithy can you supply a pic to check it ok
there seem a lot of the late production SU084s are actually remarked 150s
Chook.. the only SU084 i can find for week 42 is actually a remark.
So until Smithy gets back with a pic.. the newest genuine i can find is week 32
the suss SU084 _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I would have too put it down as a Remark/fake 166 from a 150 mate
i picked up a faked SZ959 today... very good quality... remarked from a 75 OD
There seems to be at lot hard to find chips that have ended up in remarker hands
486 OD 50s into 66s
486 OD 75s into 100s
Pentium OD (non-MMX & MMX) 150s into 166s
and some P1 MMX 180s into 200 _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I forgot to say... it would be the newest SU083 if that what it is underneath
As I know for a fact the production date would of been week 35 or newer
may even be a SU124 underneath _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

I picked up this SZ959 DX4-100 the other day. Four weeks younger than current youngest. _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A

I have just bought what I believe to be a very early SL24W although I cannot confirm that it is such as it is still sealed in it's plastic container.
However it is a PODPMT66X166 and the Font Style is the earlier type.
Note the style of the 6's and if I am right this will have a date code of around week 37 of 1996.
Your thoughts please _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

I have just bought this SU002 but it doesn't appear to feature on the Overdrive timeline.
Can it be added please
I note that smithy has one in his collection with a date code of week 16 of 1996 and mine has a date code of week 31 of 1996. _________________ The Older they are the Better they are. |

Nice chip! My one is missing a little bit of print.
Added to the timeline.
These SU series Overdrives are being found a bit more lately. They were as rare as hens teeth a while ago. _________________ General failure reading disk in drive A
