It seems like 1012 LGA (32x32)-(3x4)=1012
On the heatspreader is engraved:
4113A214

what is it?

More likely Intel Itanium 2 McKinley without its PAC611 package.

Itanium 2 McKinley have gold dot on right upper corner. This is not a dot.

It could be Intel 82860 chipset (Memory Controller Hub). I don't know if the 82860 MCH had an integrated heatspreader or not, but the number of contact pads and their layout matches:

The size of the 82860 MCH is 42.5mm x 42.5mm

82860 MCH may be correct. This chip is 42.5 x 42.5 mm
