It's a PCI bridge controller (northbridge) for early PowerPC processors. Motorola sold this line of support chips to Tundra who continued the series with Tsi108, Tsi109 and Tsi110. Freescale and now NXP kept on selling MPC106 and MPC107. _________________ Always on the look out for POWER, PowerPC and Power Architecture information. For photographs, information and parts to buy.
