I actually think the IBM is a better chip than the Cyrix, which is one reason why I think it is a bad fake (personal preference and all that...)  _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Interesting thread, don't know how I missed it when it was first posted. It's especially cool for me because I received Cyrix DX2-80 in PQFP package a few days ago

I have a Cyrix DX2-80 in PQFP. I tried acetone on it and
I couldn`t remove anything from the chip so far.
I might have to try something stronger.
