I am curious about A2, A3 & A4 - these Chips quite resemble AMD K5 and package number "25600" on the tops is the same as production K5 CPUs.

Does it mean that Cyrix and AMD used the same packaging facility?

I agree that these are identical to AMD K5 packages. Maybe the CYRIX developers were experimenting with the same package before they chose a different package to use?
A1 may hold a clue, if someone were to open the die cap to see what die, if any, was inside.

Itīs strange, but K5 packages were built by Kyocera, so maybe others can also use it. Rise company used for some of their ES ceramic and PPGA packages.

I will try to test them and let you know.
BTW, I donīt need all of them, so if someone is interested I can leave one or two to someone.
