Does this 733/256/133/1.65V cpu need to have a fan? or is the big heat sink good enough?

no, no fan needed. I have a 733 or a 800 (I cant remember which) running without fan on the heatsink. Nice quiet system for network storage.

I just installed it and im getting around 55 C on full load load and the heatsink burns your finger after touching it for 5 seconds, is that ok?

that is OK

Anyway, it would be difficult to attach a fan. This kind of heatsink are never with fan.

that is the field test engineers use to determine temperature. Wink and yes it is ok as said. Most cpus mount under the PSU, so that is sufficent to cool them.
