Just saw, CPUShack selling some 8086's with (c)1978, so, I was wondering - what are earliest production date on 8086?
I was born in Week9 of 1978 - would it be possible to find an 8086 that was too?  |

Oldest known (Es) is 7814
Who knows if there were prototypes from 1977, after all Intel started designing them Early 1976...
Like the Pentium Thermal sample of 1991 or so
