I've bought these before from scrap dealers for $5 each, so I'd give you $12 for 2 of them, the 43E7456 and the 44M1233, the 2 left that are in "very nice condition", as long as there are absolutely no chips anywhere on the ceramic plates, not even very small ones... _________________ "The error of youth is to believe that intelligence is a substitute for experience,

Sorry not for ones in nice shape, as you know they chip easy so perfect ones are hard to come by _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

OK, I'll pay you $8 for the 44M1233 that's in perfect condition, just throw it in my box... well place it gently inside, so it doesn't get chipped LOL... _________________ "The error of youth is to believe that intelligence is a substitute for experience,

In case anyone here doesn't know what these look like when they've had their very heavy, plain metal heat spreader covers removed...
Lurking below those metal covers are very nice little modules with big mirror dies and lots of different kinds of capacitors.
The one of the left is what John is selling here, a Power 6 single die module and the one on the right is a Power 6+ single die module with a very different configuration inside.
So far the only way that I know of to tell them apart is that the Power 6+ modules have an extra line of information along with a QR code, that I've outlined in red, on the right side of their heat spreader covers.
(Click on the pictures to see the high resolution versions.)
As an FYI, these modules require very careful removal of their heat spreader covers after heating them up, because the ceramic plates just love to chip on the edges when they're hot enough to get the covers to come off.
You also have to be very careful when you remove the covers because the ceramic plate will be hot enough to allow all of those tiny capacitors to slide right off of their solder pads. I learned that fact the hard way on the first 2 that I de-lidded LOL... _________________ "The error of youth is to believe that intelligence is a substitute for experience,
