Feb 7, 1997 (super-cooled 400 MHz Pentium II 0.35 µm demo)
May 7, 1997 (233, 266, and 300 MHz Pentium II)
seemed that in only 3 months you'd hae somme that were .35u.
Though I admit I seem to had completely missed Intels .28u design process.
They used it on the PII some PPROs and the 21164 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
