Are you sure that Klamath are in 0.35µ ?

It is said to be in 0.28µ in Sandpile.org

It's possible, but they also mention 0.35u

Feb 7, 1997 (super-cooled 400 MHz Pentium II 0.35 µm demo)
May 7, 1997 (233, 266, and 300 MHz Pentium II)

seemed that in only 3 months you'd hae somme that were .35u.

Though I admit I seem to had completely missed Intels .28u design process.

They used it on the PII some PPROs and the 21164

Ah OK, it is just the PII Prototype that was in 0.35µ, not regular PIIs.
Even Pentium MMX were in 0.28 & 0.25µ.
